is there a general globalist concierge email box? I am trying to apply two guest of honors for a stay that starts tomorrow. I emailed my concierge 3 days ago and have not heard anything yet. I have followed up a few times with crickets. I tried a few of the other email addresses from those who had helped before with nothing. It’s kind of urgent to get the reservations out in to the new names of the guests.
Why not call the concierge line? Someone will pick up and instantly know who you are.
