I upgraded a work-paid flight LAX-DFW in late August for travel in mid-September, the upgrade was $158 and upgrade paid via Amex Plat. Looked back at my statement last week and noticed the credit wasn't applied. Connected with Amex via online chat and they agreed the credit should have been applied, and did so during the chat.
