But like I said checking in online and checking in in-person is not the same. You tried to do the latter.
Transavia does offer on-line check-in. However when codesharing these things sometimes don't work the same way.
We did not choose to fly with Transavia to get cheap tickets as such, it was KLM's idea to plonk us in with them. No rant, just a 'heads up' for others who may follow in our footsteps. Would I fly with Transavia again? Yes, why not.... clean plane, staff OK, got us to our destination alive.
But you did choose to fly with Transavia. You picked their flight when booking. KLM did not do this for you.
