Currently planning a trip sometime next year for ten days around greater Himalayas area and probably will decide between Bhutan and Nepal, after a couple of days research it definitely strikes me as Bhutan has a far higher concentration of luxury hotel or even all-inclusive program on that regards but I am wondering if my priority is sightseeing (helicopter ride for example) and trekking in medium difficulties, would a lodge such as Shinta Mani Mustang given its approximaty to Annapurna be considered as a better option as opposed to some of the Bhutan properties this thread has talking about (Six Senses, &Beyond and Amen)?

my brief summary: nepal has more impressive mountain scenery, but logistics of travel in Nepal is much more challenging.
Personally after the research i did i will likely not trek in Bhutan. would like to add on a short luxury stay there to a future trip to nepal however.
