If you book the second night under her name to get another $100 credit, don’t ask to add your Marriott number and be prepared to move rooms.
The only way to guarantee that second credit is to prevent that you are not even traveling together. Check out and check in separately and move rooms. It’s not as hard since you get late check out on the first room.
Otherwise you are technically breaking the Amex rule against gaming.
