Travelled recently with family and 2 of our TPs and bonuses posted fine after a week or so .. but for the other 2 nothing at all posted .. I retroclaimed the basic Avios/TPs no problem on the website, but there's no method to claim the missing bonus TPs obviously and I assume they won't post automatically at this stage for the other 2 pax.
I think it’s been a while since that address was really useful, I would call your exec club number and ask them to raise a claim or alternatively contact BA Holidays directly.
