I have platinum status. My wife, 2yo daughter and I stayed here on Friday Nov 1st for one night and to our surprise were told we had chambers club access which we’ve all heard is either for chambers suites guests or titanium and above (we were in the other wing, not chambers). I double checked with the person checking me in.

I picked it only because we arrived by Eurostar late on Friday and with lots of bags and a toddler it was very convenient.

The hotel has a real ‘feel’ to it, lots of grandeur. The staff are extremely accommodating. The club was lavishly decorated and had a decent enough spread to feel the ‘value’ of it. We didn’t manage to do the afternoon spread and just the breakfast. The club was very quiet which I don’t know is a good indication as it was a Saturday morning when we looked.

Even if you don’t stay here it’s worth a quick visit.

Has anybody else had any luck getting club access? Perhaps the rules have changed?
