Is the email address mentioned upthread the best way to retroclaim the bonus TPs ? ... the live chat on the website used to be great but has become fairly useless now as the AI hasn't very much 'I' at all and it's hard to get put through to a human.

Travelled recently with family and 2 of our TPs and bonuses posted fine after a week or so .. but for the other 2 nothing at all posted .. I retroclaimed the basic Avios/TPs no problem on the website, but there's no method to claim the missing bonus TPs obviously and I assume they won't post automatically at this stage for the other 2 pax.
