I believe you are referring to TK's own A359 J seats which is the same on SQ regional A359's.
Had my fair share on SQ 787-10 and regional 359, just horrible in many ways.
Some regional SQ A359s fly longer 6-7 hours flights. Wonder what the complains from pax would be like.
