I stopped by the new Ulti area in Lounge 52, first time for me, it looks nice!
And they have placed satisfaction questionnaires everywhere, this is a very good idea:

I filled it online with suggestions (special lights when scanning your boarding pass at entrance to be recognized at entrance, then you can say yes or no for escort, menu or buffet in the Ulti area, add some larger tables + chairs for those who work on a computer).
