New FFD menu at MIA since 5 November!

To me it was a really disappointing one and I was shocked that the menu almost feels like a copycat of JFK Chelsea in many dishes, which is not a compliment. Goodbye lobster, scallops and pompano, hello boring chicken short rib or salmon.

lobster bisque was disappointing, very thick but no taste of lobster (and in case you wondered no lobster meat), salmon mediocre, not much taste, kale salad ok, chicken was actually good. Service was very slow - we had 3 hours but dessert still hadn’t arrived by the time we had to leave. I’m a huge fan of Mia ffd and was really disappointed.
