Contact Asia Miles for partners credit after downgrade?
I had several Qantas flights that I credited to CX. All were full fare Business Class. One of the segments was involuntarily downgraded to economy and credited as discounted economy.
Any way to contact Asia Miles to claim this. Boarding pass is economy, ticket is C class, fully refundable fare. Small difference, yet the points matter. Still fighting Qantas for the refund/
When calling Qantas they say they this request must come from CX. Before an email to THE CLUB would likely solve it. Have not been able to figure out if there is an email to CX frequent flyer or Web form/
Any one knows the options, if any?
