We're in the rather odd territory of premium fare deals, where "runs" are something of (an important!) sideline. Deals to Jakarta and wider SE Asia are still out there, just not so much with OneWorld carriers
For some reason Jakarta has attracted a motley bunch of great premium-class fare opportunities over the years: some time back it was Lufthansa Grouo in business/first from north africa, Tripoli (!) then Cairo. Later it was Qatar out of Cairo (to Bangkok, too), then Turkish from Izmir as well as its Egyptian airports to Jakarta and Bali. Sri Lankan then took over, initially flying from all its Gulf airports, later whittled down to just Abu Dhabi.
Now the remaining value options seem to be only with Saudia, sadly no longer from Athens, but departing from far less convenient Tunis, sometimes Sharm and Alex.
So you can still get to Jakarta in some comfort at good fares, if you are happy with the positioning and don't mind shovelling the awards into non-BA pots
