I would try and get this resolved, because this can lead to problems including losing the upgrade. Start with LH and call the F hotline - see if they can adjust it on their end. Did UA re-issue the ticket? Something happened here.
I didn't call LH, they called me. I didn't call United either, based on the advice here

This happened to me once and LH automatically canceled the upgraded segment. In my case, I had UA drop the old segment (after thankfully reapplying and reclearing since there was still space).
It's been a few years for me, but despite the advice here being "never call", I would always check LH seatmap to make sure my old seat was released to avoid issues with duplicate confirmed segments.
I don't have a seat in business class, but the segment is listed twice (business and first), shows F seat assignment.
