I canceled the Hyatt personal card months ago and I'm trying to get that bonus again and I'm getting the message • You earned a new account bonus on a Hyatt card in the last 24 months
Does my receiving the new account bonus on my biz card make me ineligible for the personal card bonus? …
The answer in the past was “no”. Personally I received “alternating” Hyatt SUBs as follows: personal Jan 2021, biz April 2022, personal May 2023, biz Aug 2024, hoping for (another) personal ~July 2025.
However, the rules change all the time. In this situation you could be the index case, or maybe better written here: “SUB victim zero”

.
(* "Also known as an index case, patient zero is a term used to describe the first human infected by a viral or bacterial disease in an outbreak.")
