I do not believe that Google is the issue, I believe the issue is with AV. I've played around with the website and AV will not let you book J tickets when connecting with a partner. Y bookings are ok though and will show up, whereas the same flights will not show any option for J. It is possible to book with Amex Travel, however, I am unsure if you'll get the full 7 miles/dollar. Has anyone booked AV with Amex Travel before? Does anyone have AV Gold status know if "miles on Avianca" refers to miles earned (meaning the 7 miles/dollar) or is it physical miles (actual miles flown)?
