Your NEXUS isn't going to get revoked because one of your passports has expired. Your US passport is acceptable for a dual US / Canadian citizen to use to enter Canada. I'd use the NEXUS lane (with your NEXUS card) and apply for passport renewal ASAP. At present you have nothing to update with the NEXUS program as you don;t have a new passport. this is actually my plan. I kind of assume since US passport is still valid and acceptable to enter Canada, even for a Canadian citizen (unlike entering US), I should be good. I’ll try and remember to report back.
