I miss when someone did just pick up right away 90% of the time, not even an automated greeting. If there was a hold it was minimal. They seemed to have also discontinued elite priority in the call queue too so it's usually a long wait time to get anyone.

Annoying for me as I like having all my details pulled up so I can just read off specific flight numbers and such when talking to them. And I inevitably close out the window with those details by accident as I wait 30+ minutes for the call back now. Wouldn't be as big of a problem if they'd let you at least see flight schedule changes online for all reservations. And ideally let you change it online instead of just the dreaded call in, there's been a schedule change message.
