I only got anywhere by contacting them on X. @qrsupport
It took 2 weeks. I had to keep chasing them. They say someone will contact you but it never happens. They won't even tell you when your account is unlocked, you just have to keep trying to log in every day.
Contact them on X, it seems to be the only way that works
