I am surprised that this lounge has not been mobbed by Priority Pass customers, at least not anytime I have walked past. Perhaps the PP members tried the lounge once and discovered that free is not a low enough price.
It is mobbed at times...I've seen +/- 30 minute waits lately. And you're right, not much to bring anyone back if there's a wait. The cleanliness and attention to restocking food and drinks has fallen off abysmally since the management shuffle several months ago. This location just can't seem to get it right.
