There are 2 seats left in J on both the NRT and HND non-stop flights from YYZ today, so if the above info is not correct and you are at risk to mis-connect then you could ask them to move you...depending on your status and the agent you get YMMV.
The 103 was delayed and eventually AC changed my flight to the direct flight from YYZ to NRT. They felt the connection time was too tight to be able to be sure my bags could be transferred. The 105 left one time, earlier than the 103 as far as I know.
