YYZ-YVR 105 was delayed from 945 to 1230; a notification came in from Air Canada.

Question: what are the odds that they might move up the delay time? Should we be at the airport. or can I go out for my morning walk today and head there 2 hours later than we would have?

Update -> NVM. We came to the airport, and of course, it got pushed back another hour LOL.
