Yep it’s really helpful to know that bags haven’t made it as was the case for my flight from BHD a month or so ago. Didn’t need to wait at the carousel, straight to Boots at T5 for new toiletries and home.

As others have said, it’s then that the frustration starts as you can see that then your bags don’t move for ages, before appearing in Slough East for another day, then finally heading back to be with you.
