and in my own experience, I tried emailing that address to request a new one, complaining about slow response times. No one replied for a week and only after I poked again, I got a bland reply back apologizing for the experience, that my concierge had been out of the office, but there is a team of concierges etc., and for anything that needs to be addressed immediately Globalists should phone in. So basically, "no", plus the advice FTers already routinely give out regarding contacting the concierge team.

But other people have reported success, so I speculate that it may depend on things like geographical location, reason for wanting to switch, customer value etc.?
