I chatted for a retention offer but was told that I needed to call their "Crush team" at 888-654-0019 to verify my identity (this has happened before and I don't know why-- no holds on my accounts, no unauthorized charges, no FR, no problem using any cards, just in getting retention offers). I called in, and after completing "verbal verification" (which consisted of being asked if my card was in my possession), the phone rep asked what the original chat had been about. I told her I was calling to inquire about retention offers on the card whose AF had just hit, and she said, "There's nothing on your account, sorry," and that was that. A bit weird!
