On another note, I must have been flying United only recently as I didn't notice Delta is now considered terminal 1 and they moved their check in counters in between Alaska and American. I guess that will only make the T1 more crowded (although not today at my time)…
DL (the C pier) was "T-1" until the construction and the closure of the checkpoint, notwithstanding that the DL gates didn't move - but check-in temporarily moved to T-2. Unfortunately, it appears that the checkpoint at the base of C has gone the way of __________ (insert name of something useful that you miss).
