Thanks. Failed on website & app; failed just now when talking to Julie, the automated assistant who takes 12 minutes to set up a reservation to the point of applying a voucher. Worked fine with a live agent about 10 minutes later, after a promised 15 minute wait to speak to a human and another 2 minute hold after getting a human. YMMV, I guess, ... unfortunately I have a cart full of vouchers ... and no resolution on the underlying issue.
( P.S. : if only I could bypass the 10 minutes with "Julie!" -- I'll try next time. )
