flew over the weekend RSW-ORD and back. I have an AAdvantage Citi Business Platinum Select card which (as far as I always knew ) offers first bag free and group 1 boarding.
my BP showed Group 4 both ways. On the flight to ORD I boarded in G1 no issue
at Chicago yesterday I was chastised by the gate guardian for "jumping the line" and allowed on but "next time I will send you back)"
i didn't want to make a scene but just want to know , was I right or has something changed
