Summer 2023. BA- your bag is still in Heathrow. Me- the air tag shows it is in Boston. BA- no we cant look for it in Boston as it is in Heathrow. Next day- still in Boston. BA-no it is here in LHR. Got hold of a staff member in Boston who found it and sent it to us. BA still insisting it is in London. Delayed by 3 days- cost BA/insurance a fair bit of clothes shopping in Vegas.

Summer 2024. Bag not on carousel but air tag showed it coming in from the plane. Me- it is here. BA- no it isnt it is in Dublin. Me- no it is here. BA- we cant look for it at LHR as it is in Dublin. 3 days later bag makes it the few miles from Heathrow to home. Neither us or the bag was ever in Dublin.
