Another DP about Canopy Club/The Rooftop breakfast: I stayed two nights with a +1 using a GoH award in November. We were given 2 vouchers at check in that had lines for our name and number of adults (2) and children (0) already written in by staff. The vouchers explicitly stated that we were entitled to 1 entree, and juice and coffee, per person only. Between the two of us, we ordered one coffee, one smoked salmon, one omelette, and two yogurt and granolas. Our server put in our order, then came back and mentioned that our voucher would only cover the entrees and coffee, and that we would have to pay for remaining items at the restaurant before we left. We agreed and carried on with our breakfast. A few minutes later, we heard a globalist complaining to their server about the vagueness of the voucher and what continues an "entree" on the menu. When we finished our meal, our server explained that the manager had comped everything for us and there was no amount due. I imagine this was a result of the other party complaining, but I can't be sure.
The second morning, we ordered 2 avocado toasts to go, as we had a flight to catch. We gave the hostess our vouchers and received no bill.
