Only done this once last year, got treated like royalty. From the CSD: 'Hello Mr. Firstlight, whatever are you doing back here?' and then 'X will be looking after you, if there's anything you want from the front just let her know'. Drinks from CW (including for the person next to me who was a completely separate traveller), also (I guess) spare CW meal and top-ups throughout the flight. A lot of quizzical looks from the other passengers around me.
