I've gotten the same exact response from them for the Biz Gold. Biz Plat is never an issue as they send those UPS, but the Golds I always had to wait about a week to arrive. I did once wait the 24 hours and then request expedited service which they did as a replacement card - that card arrived first and had a different last 5 digits than the original card they had shipped which I trashed when received a few days later.
