Same topic as title, different situation than OP.
Reserved, picked up, and returned a vehicle with Enterprise using my EE number. EE account shows the rental, so it's definitely connected. BUT... under credits earned = 0. This was not an insurance replacement, etc... and should have been a qualifying rental. Before I take the time to go fight, am I missing something that's normal in this situation? (e.g., longer posting time-frame cross brand, or something else?)
