Just had notification that Eithad flights originally booked on their 787 in business from Rome FCO to AUH 1 March and return 23 March have both been swapped for a Wamos Air A330-200. Not easy to find much information on this wet lease service, the only other flights seem to be to jakarta and a few flights operated for ANZ.
I checked and there's nothing I can do about switching flights as there's no schedule change - anyone got much feedback about the business class?
I am booked from AUH to Manila on February 25. I received an alert from ExpertFlyer. To my surprise, the aircraft was switched from a 787-10 to A330-200. I was confused because I didn't know that Etihad has this aircraft, until I saw this thread. This isn't amusing. I will cancel this reservation instead.
