Quick question: do all Globalists (regardless of how that status was reached) get access to the Concierge?

The text I've found on TPG and Hyatt's own site ties the Concierge to earning 60 nights or 100,000 points - i.e. Globalist status. But I will earn Globalist through a status match later this month, and so I won't have either 60 nights or 100,000 points. Everything I see about the concierge ties it to the night/point milestone (like the SUA's and GOH award for example) rather than the Globalist status itself.
