Given that this is not an employments conditions dispute, I find it really hard to believe that a full on strike, which will cause a big loss to the employer, is really an approach most pilots would want to take. I mean, sure, I back them too that the proposed tax increase is a pretty big one and needs to be revisited. But taking money out of AFKL's pockets is not going to stop the tax from being implemented. The strike is supposed to be on 14 Nov, and today is the 12th already, with no clear information on whether this is really happening or not. I might end up eating my own words, but I don't think this is going to happen.
