About the transfer service to your final destination in the UAE, I got the following message from the local team:

"Please note that transfer service is a complimentary chauffeur service provided by Lufthansa Group-United Arab Emirates (UAE) market for tickets issued within UAE for First and Business Class travellers.This means that tickets must be issued either through a travel agency in UAE or through Lufthansa Group Service Centre in Dubai in AED currency (Dirhams) to be eligible for arrival and departure transfers in UAE.
If yes then kindly fill in the attached form in order to request for the chauffer."
