Any business jet in the “large” size will usually have 3 or 4 zones in the cabin, with the aft most dedicated to a bedroom.

Bombardier Global 5500, 6500, 7500, 8000
Dassault Falcon 7X, 8X, 10X
Gulfstream G500, 650, 700, 800

Here is one possible configuration of a Global 7500, should you happen to have a spare 70M USD floating about ...


And then you have the converted airliners, such as the 737 and 787 based BBJs, and the A220, A32x, A330 and A350 based ACJs.
