Do I need to worry about my AC PNR not being updated on a 016 UA ticket? UA PNR shows everything correctly.

Original flights were AC1-AC2 // LH-UA1-UA2, new flights are AC1-AC2 // UA3-AC3. Same PNR with new ticket numbers. AC PNR shows all three UA and all three flights, but LH flight is removed. Cowtool shows no coupons for the old UA segments.
