Nothing on the menu looked appealing, so I ordered the Kosher meal:

Westbound Mint Kosher Breakfast Menu

Vanilla Rugelach

Shakshuka, Challah French toast, and Asparagus & sundried tomato frittata

Almost everything was inedible. The egg in the shakshuka was not poached. I'm honestly not sure how they managed to get it to that texture, as I've never seen an egg where the white was so hard that it was difficult to cut through. It sat in jarred tomato sauce, not spicy at all. The French toast had the consistency of packing peanuts, except for the bottom pieces that had soaked up the syrup from the canned peaches (no citrus) and had become mush. The frittata was very bland and spongy. That said, the hash was a salty, greasy mush, but kind of tasty and the only thing that I ate.
That's such a disappointment. JetBlue used to have the best Kosher meals in North America. This looks awful. I was very hopeful based on the menu descriptions.
