That's what I thought, but they told me it had been discontinued and there were definitely no signs of it. I can't think of any other Andaz I've stayed at that didn't do something for a happy hour.
Andaz Seoul Gangnam doesn't have a social hour space. They either give you drink vouchers for their bar/restaurant or a bottle of wine to have in the room.
