UA has "I won't eat onboard" and "I'll decide onboard" for those that decline a pre-ordered meal. Those seem reasonable options (in addition to the dishes).
lol @ suppergate. I'm using this from now on.

United recently made changes to the online preorder process and no longer provides the option of stating that "I won't eat onboard". Unfortunate since I will bring a Potbelly sandwich onboard when departing IAD in the morning should the preorder offering not be acceptable. Seems to me that the good folks running that airline do not want to hear from customers that dislike their food.
Back to the BA Brunch/Supper-gate topic: I complained using the online form and was given an apology and cert for USD similar to the 150 GBP mentioned upthread. FWIW, I had not yet flown one of these "Enhanced" flights and my next two TATL flights in F are mid afternoon departures. Kinda silly as I was making a protest not a complaint, but I'll take it.
