thanks to the feedback above seems like #1 is totally OK to use the lounge. so just looking for input on if she can guest in a passenger on a matching itinerary but all Economy. Thank you!
In Honolulu the first class passenger can invite a guest. In Narita, as it is ANA's own policy and not Star Alliance policy, I am not sure how it works.
