Just had the birria bowl on AS507. Catering really nailed it on this one. Would I call this good birria? No. Was it really tasty and flavorful? Yes. Might be the best main I've had on a plane. Salad and bread pairing a little odd but damn that was tasty. I'd eat that not on a plane.
