When flying on AA, only flagship tickets can access the flagship lounge. None flagship business tickets can't.

All partner business tickets can access the flagship lounge. Doesn't matter if its booked through AA or directly through the partner
There are some technicalities, assuming no status:
AA has clarified what is and isn't flagship in their marketing, so yes flagship itineraries have access.

For partner airlines, it only counts if they're OneWorld partners (or Aer Lingus) - a ticket booked with Etihad in their business class wouldn't have access, unless it was otherwise marketed by AA or another OneWorld carrier.
For Alaska you wouldn't necessarily (caveats apply), if you count the class booked (business) vs the marketing term (first)
