Thanks, ffgap. The Moxy actually gets bad reviews from Marriott elites for their lacking benefits and the remoteness of the property for dinner, etc. Although I like to walk, the distance so early in the morning is off-putting.

I will choose the Dwarf because of its excellent transit links highlighted by Nicolas and confirmed by me thru google maps. Will leave extremely early in morning and since I had no issue doing so from the Zoolicher Garten from the Lindner Berlin, this transit link will only require meeting up with the train at OstKreuz. Friedrichshain area still seems off putting, but will try when the Me and All (re-)opens later next year.
