Yes, in theory, but in reality, when the ticket is issued by some agents, for example Emeco (AA's agent in CAI), the table above goes out the window, and you end up with a paper ticket regardless, because for whatever reasons the agent is just not able to e-ticket CX/LA segments (in this example).
