I can't think of any other airline that does that. The passenger may eat the 'regular' fare onboard anyway, which I think still needs to be an option for those who don't even know pre-ordering is there.
UA has "I won't eat onboard" and "I'll decide onboard" for those that decline a pre-ordered meal. Those seem reasonable options (in addition to the dishes).
