My wife and I are heading to Paris next summer and I am currently booking premium flights via air France.

I've been seeing videos over the aircraft in Air Frances premium economy configuration and they make it seem like only the bulkhead rows are worth getting in air France.

However, both sides of the 2 seater rows already have people occupying's them in the bulkhead. The middle 4 seater arrangement is open, but we'd really like the privacy and the window of the 2 seater arrangement.

Are the 2 seater arrangements still worth getting even if it's not in the bulkhead? Is the recline of the seat in front of you truly bad enough to ruin the experience of premium? Is it still better than an economy ticket? We're paying with points and can't upgrade to business but we want to be the most comfortable possible.
