Between gutting the companion rewards, mostly cabin transformation options between YWG-YYZ over the holidays, removing YXU for all intents and purposes, a consistent inability to offload priority tagged bags first, and having been upgraded perhaps thrice I have come to the conclusion they just don't want my money.
